Refund & cancellation

Refund and cancellation rules for one-time purchases and subscriptions.

1. Preview before payment

You may register, chart, and preview partial reports for free before paying to unlock full reports or subscriptions.

2. One-time purchases

One-time purchases unlock full content and PDF download for a specific report. Once unlocked or used to generate a full report, refunds are not available.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions bill monthly per plan quota. If quota is used to generate reports in a billing period, that period is non-refundable.

You may cancel anytime; paid benefits remain until period end; the next period will not charge (subject to Creem and card issuer rules).

4. Exceptions

If a Platform error causes duplicate charges or failure to deliver paid content, contact support; we will assist after verification.
